Summertime
Spring and summer are always busy times with many frogs jumping nicely into their breeding cycles. Mantella season is underway, with tadpoles of many species already in the water. We anticipate offering our largest selection ever of CB mantellas this fall.
As far as the Dart Frogs are concerned we have some new exciting thumbnails on the way which will be available early in the summer including some exciting new imitator and variabilis phenotypes, as well as fresh batches of the stunning blue/chrome green Ameerega bassleri. Look for many thumbnail species as well as a larger variety of tinctorius to become readily and consistently available as well throughout the summer and fall.
We continue to build groups of many rare and common species of treefrogs and unique frogs, including several species of the unique Theloderma. Rainchambers are full and the first tadpoles of the ever-popular Red Eye Treefrog are morphing now and soon to follow are Hyla ebracatta and Phyllomedusa tomopterma, with many other on the way.
