More diverse than Amazonian amphibian diversity is its arthropod diversity. We can now offer some of these spectacular insects and butterflies as framed and mounted specimens, all legally collected and exported from Peru, and professionally prepared. These are sure to appeal to a broad range of interest and make great gifts for any nature enthusiast.

Expanded Frog Selection

2007 has proved to be an extremely busy year with many changes taking place. We have continued making strides with expanding our selection of not only Peruvian dendrobatids, but many other species as well. We have also expanded our selection of CB mantellas, including the amazing Mantella expectata.

We are continuing to expand our selection of CB treefrogs. We recently imported a diverse shipment of Malaysian anurans, and with the shipment stabilizing and acclimating well we are hopeful to reproduce these in 2008. Amongst these are some amazing species such as Nictixalus pictus, Pedostibes hosii, Megophrys nasuta and Rhachophorus nigropalmatus to name a few. Watch also for CB Theloderma corticale and T. asperum, two unique species from Vietnam, as beautiful as they are bizarre.

Feeders

Feeder crickets are now available from pinhead through 1/4", an excellent alternative to fruitflies or supplement to the diet of your frogs. Well gutloaded crickets are an extremely nutritious for source for amphibians. In fact, the diet of almost ll of our frogs consists of atleast 50% gutloaded crickets, all raised right here.
