After a great dealt of contemplation, planning, and negotiation we have decided to alter our distribution options in Europe and initiate an option that will allow private collectors throughout Europe and the UK the opportunity to purchase frogs directly from Understory Enterprises Inc, on a limited basis should they choose to do so. This includes all frogs bred by UE as well as imports from our partners in South America, WIKIRI, and Tesoros de Colombia.

We are implementing a system similar to what we do in the United States which will allow us to accommodate orders directly from individual collectors throughout Europe. These orders will be combined into large pre- scheduled shipments which will be brokered and imported into Europe by our European Direct Sales Account Manager (EDSAM). All orders must be prepaid to our EDSAM prior to shipping. The catch is that each individual must undertake to be in Frankfurt the evening of arrival to receive your frogs directly from our EDSAM. What this means is that you will be receiving frogs direct from our breeding facility and into your hands. The role of our EDSAM is only to facilitate the shipping from Canada to Frankfurt, collect payments, ensure that proper taxation is assessed and remitted within Europe, and to ensure that the all aspects of the importation process are handled smoothly and competently.

All orders must be placed directly with Understory Enterprises Inc. and any correspondence and coordination for the receipt of your frogs will be arranged directly through Understory Enterprises Inc. We will of course inform you of the time and a place for meeting in Frankfurt with the confirmation of your order.

From here, we anticipate a total of 3-4 such shipments each year to help accommodate individual orders per year. Our first planned shipment is scheduled for arrival April 13th, 2012.
