Overview

We have not been able to find a cost effective way to ship our tanks into the United States. Shipping costs alone are very expensive and unfortunately our customers still have to deal with brokerage and taxes. Currently, we offer most of our tanks only locally in Ontario. Another factor that led us to make this decision is that it is very difficult to pack vivariums for safe arrival as many couriers will not "handle with care". The only safe way to ship is with Canada Post and there is a limit to the size of box you can ship with them. The maximum size vivarium that can be shipped by Canada Post to any location within Canada or the United States is a 16" cube.

Inspired by the vivaria offered in Europe we set out several years ago to bring this European inspiration and innovation into a lightweight Acryclic vivarium. We have built countless vivaria over the years, making them available to clientele throughout Canada and the US, providing dart frog hobbyists with the convenience of a front opening vivarium, coupled with the front oriented ventilation allowing for a view of the interior virtually unobstructed by condensation.

Our vivaria are manaufactured as they are ordered, and generally we do not stock any size. Custom* size requests are welcomed, and generally fabrication time takes about 3 weeks. Holes for misting systems, drains and bulkheads can be accommodated for at no additional cost.

Dart Frog Enclosure

These ACRYLIC vivaria are specifically designed with the needs of Dart Frogs in mind. All specifications allow for the creation of a healthy stable environment to maintain healthy colonies of Dendrobatids.

These specifications include:

• Varying Sizes - We will make your tank to your specification.
• Front Opening Door - The front opening door allows a hassle free way of accessing the interior for maintenance and feeding, far more convenient than top opening enclosures.
• Ventilation Systems - This is in the form of a front top ventilation and complimentary ventilation channel inset below the door (shown left). The front oriented ventilation system is beneficial in maintaining high humidity within the tank, while still allowing a clear viewing of the animals and environment inside. Due to the vents positioned above and below the door, the airflow is across the front of the tank keeping the front pane and the door relatively fog/condensation free.
