Dendrobates tinctorius "Cobalt"

This really is the classic or quintessential tinctorius.  This Surinamese beauty was one of the first tinctorius morphs to become established in captivity and remains a beloved mainstay in the frog hobby.  These striking frogs are adorned in yelow, cobalt blue, traces of white all against an inky black background.
