This small Microgramma is common throughout mid elevations in Montaine regions throughout Peru and Ecuador, and more than likely into Colombia as well.  An undemading species whose foliage stays small, and sligtly variable, with some foliage being heart shaped under certain conditions.  Plant will creep and spread from thin rhizomes.
